We want to ensure the utmost reliability and resilience of our Thales Gemalto IdCloud to continue serving you effectively. To achieve this, we will be conducting a Disaster Recovery Test on March 29th, 2025 Saturday between 23:00 UTC - 03:00 UTC +1 day.
As a part of this test, we will be switching the traffic from the Thales Gemalto IdCloud primary zone to the secondary zone and vice versa during the 4 hour window.
Customer Impact:
• During this window, brief intermittent traffic degradations may be experienced.
Customer Action Required:
• Please avoid administrative configuration changes (e.g., adding users or modifying setting) during this
window.
• If your backend has IP addresses whitelisting in place then add secondary zone IPs: 3.124.198.16 /
52.58.127.252 / 3.76.144.230.
• We recommend to use Fully Qualified Domain Names FQDNs instead of IP addresses to ensure a
seamless transition during the test.
